Points for sharing your thoughts, based on how helpful the business finds your
comment.
Fun: You redeem your HelpfulComments points for gift vouchers
to some of Australia's leading retailers, or donate them to a charity of your
choice.
Here's how it works:

To earn reward points you need to be a member
(all we need is an email address and password). If you don't want to become a
member, you can still leave your comments for the business.

2. Find the business you want to comment on
|

Click through to 'Make a comment', then search
for the business. From the list of matches, choose the business that you want
to make a comment on. If you can't find the business you want to make a comment
on, you can still make a comment and we'll do our best to pass it on.

3. Enter your comment, making it as helpful as possible
|
You can put down anything you like, but remember, the more helpful the business
finds your comment, the more you stand to earn in reward points.
If you're looking for a place to start, imagine you are talking to a friend or
workmate. What would you say about your experience?
What could the business have done more of, or done differently to improve the
whole experience for you?

4. Track the progress of your comment & watch reward points grow

Once you've submitted your comment, you can
track its progress on your 'MyAccount' page.

5. Redeem your points for gift vouchers or donate them to your choice of
charity

Once you've accumulated enough points you can
redeem all or some of them for a gift voucher, which we will mail or email to
the address you nominate. If you'd prefer, you can donate your points to one of
the charities listed on our site.
