How does the reward program work?
You buy reward points from HelpfulComments, allocate those points to customers,
based on how helpful you find their comments, once they‘ve earned enough points
from you and other HelpfulComments businesses, customers can redeem their
points for a gift voucher or donate them to charity.
How many reward points should I allocate to a comment?
The average comment attracts about $2 of reward points, but the amount of
points you reward is entirely up to you (customers can see your track record of
rewards compared with the average HelpfulComments company and may not comment
if you are significantly below the average)
Can I allocate zero points to a comment?
Sure, the amount of points to allocate is entirely your decision, but zero
points says to the customer that you didn‘t find their comment at all
helpful. Try responding to the comment first to flesh out a better understanding
of their insights. It‘s in the customers interest to make their comment as
helpful as possible, so you‘ll unusually get a decent response.
